How to subscribe to a service on the SMASH marketplace and when payment is charged.
Subscribing to a SMASH service (DNS, Mail, Drive, etc.) is done directly from the marketplace. Payment is charged immediately upon subscription, then renewed automatically according to the chosen billing cycle.
When am I charged?
- Payment is processed immediately when you subscribe to a service.
- For subscriptions, subsequent renewals are charged automatically according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

All our subscriptions are commitment-free: you can subscribe and cancel freely, at any time, from your customer area.
