How do I create and customize my email signatures?

A signature is a block automatically added to the end of your emails. In SMASH Mail, you can customize it freely, create as many signatures as you need, and link them to a specific mailbox or alias, to match your tone to the context (personal, support, sales…).

Customizing your signature

You can create signatures in two ways: in HTML for advanced formatting, or as plain text. You can add text, use HTML, and format the content freely.

Multiple signatures

You're not limited to a single signature: each one can be linked to a specific mailbox or alias, so you could, for example, have a different signature for your support and sales conversations.

Editing or deleting

You can edit an existing signature or delete it at any time.
